For example, our custom analysis and reporting feature gives you regular reports presenting a global view of the performance and utilization of your WAN. Information is stored and analyzed, then presented in comprehensive report format to help you stay abreast of network performance and make informed decisions about network improvements. Archnet engineers also use the data to recommend changes to improve network performance or utilization. Our flexible reporting system enables us to deliver timely, accurate reports tailored for your needs. A new feature, a customer online monitoring tool, is currently in development. |
