Peter brings over 18 years of domestic and international business development, sales, marketing, and general management successes. He is concentrating on business development, channel, and alliances development. Peter is also dedicating time to the development of sales operations processes to deliver seamless handling of pre and post sales support.

Before joining Archnet, Inc., Peter was Director of Sales and Marketing at Jameco Electronics, a $21 million direct marketer of electronic components, computer and communications products. There he was responsible for developing brand and cross platform marketing strategy, product management, catalog development/distribution, business development, and sales operations call center. While with Jameco, he delivered the highest growth in the company’s recent history by focusing on the delivery of high quality products at high service levels. Peter also reduced operating costs and significant employee turnover by re-engineering processes and restructuring sales and marketing organization.

Peter also held executive sales and marketing positions with hi-tech manufacturers and distributors leveraging off of direct sales and alliances to drive significant growth. As key contributor at Newark Electronics, an electronic component and communications equipment distributor, Peter build a new business unit that yielded over $50 million in year five. By doing this he established Newark Electronics as a new channel to market for his product range.

Mr. Mantas graduated with an M.B.A. from Lewis University of Romeoville, Illinois with emphasis in marketing and business strategy. He also attained a B.S. in Electronics Engineering Technology from DeVry University of Chicago, Illinois.
