Our Network Management Center, staffed by a team of specialists with expertise in network equipment, protocols, software and carrier technologies, is operating 24x7 to solve the multiple problems that occur in today’s networking environment. We study your network inside and out so that we can respond quickly and effectively when a problem occurs.
Our powerful WAN monitoring tools check the health of tens of thousands of IP devices every 90 seconds. If a monitored component fails to respond within a preset threshold, we launch a remote fault identification process using diagnostic tools to isolate the problem's cause. If the detected problem is part of the WAN, we work to restore full service as quickly as possible. Traffic is redeployed to fully redundant back-up systems where available.
You are notified of the problem, its cause, a resolution timeframe, and then kept updated until it is resolved. We maintain partnerships with data carriers and equipment vendors to provide timely problem resolution. When on-site work is needed, we make sure the appropriate service vendor is dispatched for repair or replacement. By assuming full responsibility for our customers’ networks, we can offer full lifecycle, end-to-end support service.
